New design solutions for UAB „Grafaite“.
UAB „Grafaite“ in January, 2022 implements a project for the development of design in the company.
In a profitable business that is affected by Covid-19, the company must respond and take appropriate action. It is necessary to look for new solutions in service design, to change previously applied marketing strategies. The project aims to increase the attractiveness of the company's services, their demand, as well as the company's productivity. Within the scope of the project, a new service design solution will be developed and implemented, which will include more attractive, more efficient hotel order and reservation management, virtual assistant support for customers, etc. Innovative marketing solutions will be applied to the new, improved service design, and service publicity services will be purchased.
The project is funded by the European Regional Development Fund as part of the European Union's response to the COVID-19.
